The terms governing the use of mukisoft.tech and the services provided by MukiSoft Technology.
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging MukiSoft Technology for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Specific services, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in a separate written agreement or proposal. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the executed agreement, the executed agreement prevails.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables produced for a client are assigned to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners. The MukiSoft Technology brand, logo and website content remain the property of MukiSoft Technology.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of performing the engagement.
5. Warranties and liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties and limit our liability as set out in the executed agreement.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the executed agreement. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction set out in the executed agreement. If no jurisdiction is specified, the governing law is the operating location of MukiSoft Technology.
